🌸 House Rules We kindly ask all guests to treat the house, garden, and surroundings with the same care and respect as you would your own home — this little Danish summer house by the sea is loved and cared for deeply.

🚭 Smoking Smoking is not allowed indoors — but you’re very welcome to enjoy a cigarette outside in the garden or on the terrace.

🎉 Parties & noise No parties or events, please. Of course, you’re welcome to share a cosy dinner or a quiet evening with friends — we simply ask that you keep the peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

⚡ Electricity Electricity is billed according to actual consumption at a friendly rate of DKK 3.00 per kWh (including all taxes and grid fees).

Payment is settled via a secure Stripe link, with full documentation of your usage. (Here in Denmark, we use eloverblik.dk to view energy use by the hour.)

For your peace of mind: most guests use between 5 and 20 kWh per day.

🔥 Firewood

To make your evenings even cosier, quality firewood is available at the cottage. We charge DKK 50 per large basket – much less than in stores – helping us care for both the economy and the planet 🌍

🧺 Washing machine

The washing machine is available during your stay. We charge a symbolic fee of DKK 30 per wash, payable via a QR code inside the house that links directly to our secure Stripe page.
