I live in Tisvilde, just a few minutes away, and I’m the proud host of this charming Danish summer house in Vejby Strand – perfectly located close to the sea, the heather-covered hills of Heatherhill, and the calm rhythm of nature.

This little house is a peaceful Scandinavian retreat, designed for slow living, fresh air, barefoot mornings, and the simple pleasures of life by the coast.

I’m passionate about creating beautiful, welcoming spaces where guests can truly relax and reconnect — whether you come for a quiet getaway, a seaside walk, or a cozy winter weekend by the fire.

Sometimes you’ll find a jar of homemade jam in the fridge or a few flowers from the garden on the table 🌸 – small gestures that make your stay feel special.

I do my very best to make every visit effortless, peaceful, and memorable. If you have any questions before or during your stay, I’m always nearby and happy to help.

The house is fully equipped for a comfortable and authentic stay — with a well-stocked kitchen, soft beds, fresh linen and towels, and fast WiFi throughout.

There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy — both sunny corners and peaceful shade — along with a private annex and a charming 18 m² orangery, adding an extra touch of privacy and Scandinavian charm.

Guests are warmly invited to pick herbs, berries, and flowers from the garden.

And when the season allows, the greenhouse bursts with life — fragrant basil, crisp cucumbers, and a colourful abundance of homegrown tomatoes in all shapes and sizes, ripe and ready to enjoy under open skies 🌿🍅

In summer, the beach and the rolling hills of Heatherhill are just a short walk away — perfect for morning swims or sunset strolls.

In winter, the wood-burning stove makes the house feel extra hyggeligt — the Danish word for cozy, calm, and deeply comforting.
